Every pack is topped up to a player ID.
Copy the player ID from inside the game and check the digits before you pay.
After payment the status becomes in progress, and the balance goes to the ID you entered.
When the top-up is finished, tracking and your account show the new status.
A wrong ID delivers the balance to another account, and the refund policy treats that as incorrect details.
